Meet Will Moffett
Will Moffett is a licensed real estate broker who has been serving clients in the industry for two years. Prior to working in real estate, Will spent eight years in education teaching special education and working with at-risk youth populations. Born and raised in Grants Pass, OR, Will attended Oregon State University where he majored in Public Health and minored in Business and Entrepreneurship.
Will is passionate about connecting with his clients and understanding their wants and needs for their property search. He enjoys finding the perfect property for them, whether it be an investment, first home purchase, or forever home, knowing that they will make lasting memories there. Will is described as helpful, knowledgeable, and fun-loving, and he prides himself on his communication, persistence, educating others, honesty, and integrity.
When not working, Will spends as much time as he can with his family. He and his wife, Claire, are new parents to their son Tyler, who was born in January 2023. Will also spends time walking and playing with their Goldendoodle, Missy Elliot. He loves spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and playing city league basketball. On Sunday mornings, he can usually be found setting his fantasy football lineups or wishing for the football season to return.
Will cares about equitable services for historically underrepresented groups and populations, and in his spare time, he supports causes that promote this. He is also a sports enthusiast and is hoping to get back into form as a scratch golfer. Will’s personal motto is, “The grass is green where you water it,” and he hopes to be remembered as a kind, caring individual who always has time to help and listen to others.
