We loved working with Claire to purchase our home! Claire and the whole team at Paris realty group were so wonderful. They even project managed scheduling all the work needed on our house after our purchase went through which was a huge … More help to us. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Michael Toews helped my family buy a house back in 2018 and we had a great experience working with him, very memorable. In subsequent years he’s always been there for us as we explore additional purchases. His insight and expertise on Portland … More specifically as well as property nuance have been so helpful through market fluctuations and our evolving needs. Truly a standup individual, someone you want in your corner as you are making likely the biggest financial decision of your life.

Claire helped me and my husband get our first home together. She was kind and patient with us. Probably most importantly, Claire was (1) explicit and clear in her communication, (2) good at negotiating with the seller's realtor and … More (3) was willing to jump in when things were a little wild (as expected in real estate with a fast close date). This being my first time buying, I didn't understand quite what a realtor's job was other than showing houses; I now see how critical having a kind, experienced, and skilled realtor was. We had a fast close date and some problems with the house at the last minute (not Claire's fault!! Something was different in the final walkthrough versus the inspection, and we ran into a problem with our lender). Claire helped us get quotes for all necessary repairs and even thought ahead to get us a quote for the exact problem that ended up coming up at the very end, despite it not being a problem for the inspection (water in the crawl space). We obviously wanted to buy the house, but that issue at the last minute would have caused us to back out had Claire not taken the initiative to proactively get a quote for it, possibly losing tens of thousands in earnest money. My husband is looking into selling his other property and if we go through with that, we will go with Claire!

We are relatively new to Portland, and so when we were looking to purchase our first house, we asked my uncle (a realtor in the Midwest - shout out to McInturf Realty) to help us find a good realtor here. He found Claire and the rest was … More history. As we were new to this whole process and the city, Claire took the time to walk us through every step and answered every question about cost, neighborhoods, etc. She was super communicative and honest - she would show us any house we asked to see but also gave us information in a very straightforward way. She was also so fun to work with, and really tried to find us our dream home (which she did within just a few months!). We loved working with Claire and would 100% recommend her for anyone buying a home.

Claire is truly remarkable! She is deeply knowledgeable, not only about real estate, but about everything associated with it from helping with connecting to a lender, gathering estimates for work, recommending service providers and facilitating … More interactions with all parties including the title company. There were numerous issues that arose in my house purchase, but Claire and her team were right there with me making sure everything lined up to successfully close. I cannot imagine pursuing any real estate activity without Claire. In addition to her competence, she is a genuinely kind and caring human being. She has superlative listening skills, manages to juggle all the balls without dropping anything and was able to talk me out of the tree I was in multiple times. I have SO much gratitude to Claire - she is simply the best!

I worked with Claire for both buying and selling a condo and have nothing but good things to say. The selling experience was a bit more bumpy than the buying, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone other than Claire on my side. She really … More cared about and considered my circumstances and advocated for me when it mattered. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in/around Portland!

I cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for Claire Paris and her team at Paris Group Realty. We started our search a year ago and Claire patiently stuck with us through this crazy real estate market. She answered EVERY single question … More we asked(even our kids questions!) and looked at every house we went to, likely knowing some were not gonna work for our family. Her explanations were clear and understandable. On top of being solidly aware of the Portland real estate market, she is able to walk through a house and recognize repairs, give estimates of how much work would cost, and give advice on whether or not remodels or changes could be made. She was an excellent resource for advice on home repairs and remodels. Claire has an extensive list of vetted contractors and made many calls for us and we were able to schedule right thru her group for work to be done in our new home.
Our purchase and subsequent sale of our old home happened very quickly and Claire and her team were on top of it! We had some worry during the selling negotiations of our old house, but Claire was strong and determined!! We cannot recommend Claire enough! She is solidly experienced, knowledgeable, extremely patient, kind, supportive, and tough when needs to be! We will definitely call Claire in the future if and when we move again! And, in the meantime, we will miss her! -

I cannot say enough about how great Claire and everyone at Paris Group Realty were in helping me find the home of my dreams. Everyone I met at Paris Group was friendly, patient, and incredibly kind. They were responsive to the point that … More it felt like I was their only client, even though I know they were super busy.
Client actually feels like the wrong word to describe my relationship with this team. Looking at houses with Claire felt more like looking at a place with a good friend more so than a realtor. Her advice and insight always felt like it was coming from a place of what was best for me, not what could get me to buy whatever property we were looking at. Claire became so familiar with my taste, she could often predict within a few minutes of entering a property what my reaction would be, and never once pushed me to move forward with a property I wasn't comfortable with.
When some issues were identified with my dream property, Claire and the team at Paris Group snapped into action and quickly found me inspectors and contractors to help me assess what it would take to fix the issue, and then worked with the sellers to make it right. As someone new to the Portland area, Claire's amazing network of contacts made the entire process amazingly smooth from start to finish. If and when I am ever in the market to purchase a new home, Claire will be my first call, without a doubt. But I suspect she will already know since I get the sense that with Claire and everyone at Paris Group, the purchase of a home with them is just the beginning of the relationship, not the end. Thanks again to everyone to Claire and the whole Pairs Group team. This has been one of the best experiences of my life. 🙂
