“Education is for improving the lives of others and leaving your community and world better than you found it.” – Marian Wright Edelman
Having spent eight years of her professional life as a teacher, it seemed only natural for Heather Paris to transition into a career of helping others learn and grow in the world of real estate. She has had a lifetime of experience observing her mother as a principal broker and her father as a contractor. They taught her many of the complexities of real estate, including buying, selling, and building real property.
Heather has also personally bought and sold real estate, rented property, purchased, and leased commercial property. She’s learned that many of the hard-won lessons can only be obtained with personal experience. Heather now passes these lessons on to her clients.
With a passion in real estate, Heather is excited to provide everyone she works with the information, advice, and help that is sought from a knowledgeable Realtor. She understands that real estate can defray taxes, how home buyers and sellers can leverage their hard-earned money, and how to provide individuals and families with homes they’ll love.

As a transplant to Portland, Oregon, Molly Paris can relate to the excitement of making life transforming changes. Purchasing property is a definite change – whether it is moving across the country – or across town. With every big change, there are mixed emotions about it. Molly believes clients should seek out people to support them in the home buying process, and she is one of those supportive people. It is reassuring to her clients knowing they are working with a Realtor who has personally experienced many of the same thoughts and fears they are feeling during the home buying or selling process.
As all Portlanders know and transplants soon discover, Portland is an easy town to love. Like everything a person loves, he or she wants to learn as much as possible about it. As a result, Molly has served on rezoning boards, become the president of a local Business Alliance, and has even knocked on neighbors’ doors to learn a neighborhood (and to help sell a house!).
Molly’s experience is not limited to a knowledge of Portland. She’s owned her own brokerage since 1998 and has been in the real estate business since 1994. Molly knows what it takes to facilitate an easy transaction for her clients. She can advise clients on many different situations that arise in buying and selling homes because of her experience, which includes construction, interior design, (member ASID), investing, and remodeling.
For individuals and families thinking about buying or selling, give Molly a call and she’ll meet you for coffee to start the enjoyable and informative process.

Having grown up in New Orleans and moving to Kansas City at the age of 18, then living there for an additional 18 years, Patricia LoCascio assumed she was just a nomad. She felt like home would always be temporary and that she’d always be happiest “in transit.”
However, Portland taught Patricia a very important lesson that she was never a nomad, she’d just never been home.
This region, this state, and especially this city means a lot to Patricia. She is raising her children here and growing her own food. Patricia has also met friends and family alike in this town’s neighbors. This is where she lives, this is where she works, and Portland is the city that she loves.
Patricia is a deeply committed Realtor, a messy painter, an amateur woodworker, a decent knitter, a (very) lazy homeschooler, an intentional cook, an avid soil resuscitator, and a practicing (and stumbling) Buddhist.
