Having spent eight years of her professional life as a teacher, it seemed only natural for Heather Paris to transition into a career of helping others learn and grow in the world of real estate. She has had a lifetime of experience observing her mother as a principal broker and her father as a contractor. They taught her many of the complexities of real estate, including buying, selling, and building real property.
Heather has personally bought and sold real estate, rented property, purchased, and leased commercial property. She’s learned that many of the hard-won lessons can only be obtained with personal experience. Heather now passes these lessons on to her clients.
As an expert in the Portland, Oregon real estate market, Heather has a passion for providing everyone she works with the information, advice, and help that is sought from a knowledgeable Realtor. She understands that real estate can defray taxes, how home buyers and sellers can leverage their hard-earned money, and how to provide individuals and families with homes they’ll love.

Having grown up in New Orleans and moving to Kansas City at 18, then living there for an additional 18 years, Patricia LoCascio assumed she was just a nomad. She felt like home would always be temporary and that she’d always be happiest “in transit.”
However, Portland, Oregon, taught Patricia a vital lesson that she was never a nomad; she’d just never been home.
This region, this state, and especially this city mean a lot to Patricia. She is raising her children here and growing her food. Patricia has also met friends and family alike in this town’s neighbors. Portland is where she lives and works and is the city she loves.
Patricia is a deeply committed Realtor, a messy painter, an amateur woodworker, a decent knitter, a (very) lazy homeschooler, an intentional cook, an avid soil resuscitator, and a practicing (and stumbling) Buddhist.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Kati spent most of her youth growing up in Beaverton, OR. She obtained two degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Portland State University and an associate degree in Veterinarian Technology from Portland Community College. After working as a veterinarian technician for eight years, real estate became a natural next step in Kati’s career.
“My first passion was helping animals. My passion now is helping buyers find the right home for themselves and their families,” Kati says, “Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions people make. I want to ensure they are making the best decision for their situation.”
With seven years of experience as a Realtor, Kati uses her professional and instinctual caretaking skills to serve her clients as a dependable, honest, and strong negotiator who remains calm in stressful situations.
“I hope my clients remember me with a big smile on my face, and as a person who enjoys life!” Kati says.
Kati fills her days with activity, including getting her children ready for school, taking her puppy for a walk (or three!), and helping clients with their real estate needs. She cherishes Sunday mornings with a big cup of coffee in hand and breakfast time with the kiddos.
With a motto of, “Work Hard, Play Hard!” Kati devotes time to animal welfare, homelessness, and hunger. When she’s not working, Kati loves spending summers camping and boating with family and friends, along with some good Oregon wine.
Whether you’re looking for a single-family home or a condo or townhome in the Portland Metro area, Kati is here to make all your real estate dreams come true! She’ll smoothly guide you through the entire home buying journey and help you find the perfect home that’s a sound investment for your financial future. Reach out to Kati at (503) 481-8350 or [email protected] and get started today!
