Navigating COVID-19: Safety Precautions and Resources for Various Needs
Hi Everyone,
I would like to update you on some items surrounding COVID-19, and the safety precautions we have in place.
Protective Measures for Open Houses, Inspections, Appraisals, and Showings:
- No Entry: If anyone is sick, or has been in contact with someone who is, they will not be allowed entry to a home.
- Clean and Disinfect: We supply bleach wipes at all locations so that anyone touring the home can easily clean any surfaces they have touched.
- Sanitize: We supply sanitizer at all locations for agents, clients, and inspectors to sanitize upon entry and exit of a home.
- Online Tours: To minimize showings, we send prospective buyers 3D virtual tours to confirm interest before scheduling an in-person showing.
- Mobile Notaries: We’re working with mobile notaries to allow clients to sign everything from the comfort and safety of home.
