Oh, hello! I’m a 1956 original—and before you ask, yes, I’m proud of my age. I’ve got mid-century roots, charming bones, and I’m still decades younger than some of my neighbors. Just saying. I also have plenty of bonus spaces for an office, hobbies, or lounging. My two-car garage is something of a unicorn, and I even come with a workbench. Out back, my sunroom opens to a private patio. Fernhill Park is just half a block away, with Kennedy School and New Seasons only a few blocks down the road. I’ve got great neighbors, plenty of parking, a great location, and just the right amount of quirk. Basically, I’m a well-loved classic with good manners, good bones, and a few stories to tell.
